01 / ABOUT US
A Local Roofing & Building Company in Bath
We’re based in Bath and work almost entirely on local homes. Older properties, newer builds, small jobs and bigger ones.
We know how houses here are put together and where problems tend to show up. Because we’re local, it’s easy to get hold of us. We can pop out, take a proper look at your pitched roof and give you a clear idea of what’s needed, without any pressure to go ahead.
Your home matters to you. That makes it matter to us.
02 / WHO WE ARE
Family-owned and locally based
Built on experience and trust
KN Roofing & Building is a family-run business, built around local work and local relationships. We take pride in what we do and treat every job as if it were our own home.
From a small repair to a bigger build, you’ll find the same friendly approach.
We’ve grown through word of mouth and repeat customers, not sales talk. People come back to us because we’re honest, easy to deal with and we do what we say we’ll do.
Local knowledge - respect for Bath’s period homes and the character that makes them special.
Clear communication - straight answers and updates you don’t have to chase.
Customers first - we listen, offer practical advice and treat your home with respect.
